Citrus Sinensis (Sweet Orange) Peel Oil Expressed, Abies Balsamea (Balsam Canada) Needle Oil, Eucalyptus Radiata (Eucalyptus) Leaf Oil, Citrus Aurantifolia (Lime) Peel Oil Distilled, Mentha Spicata (Spearmint) Herb Oil, Citrus Bergamia (Bergamot) Peel Oil Expressed, Citrus Limon (Lemon) Peel Oil, Boswellia Carterii (Frankincense) Gum Oil.

Directions for use

DIY TIP – Blend 5 drops with 10ml of carrier oil (like Sweet Almond Oil), massage into the head, neck and shoulders to help invigorate body and mind.

ROOM FRAGRANCE – Add up to 6 drops of the blend to an essential oil diffuser to create an atmosphere of energy and vibrance.

TO HELP STAY ALERT: Blend 3-5 drops in 10ml of carrier oil and massage onto pulse points (equivalent to a 2% dilution).
