Ingredients

Ingredients: Irish Sea Moss, Organic Water Filtered, Apple Cider Vinegar (with Mother), Organic Root Ginger, Organic Orange Juice, Clementine Peel, Organic Raw Honey.

Directions for use

For immune & gut maintenance:
25ml first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Ideally 30 mins before food. Can be taken straight or mixed with water.

For use when recovering from cold/flu/chest infection
30ml 3 times a day before meals. Can be taken straight or mixed with water.

For children
15ml- 20ml once a day mixed with good quality yogurt or apple juice.

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and consume within 4 weeks.
