Directions for use

Take 2 capsules daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.

Suitable for adults and children over the age of 18 years.

Do not exceed recommended daily amount of 800mg of epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG). 

Do not take on same day as other products containing green tea. 

Do not take on an empty stomach.

Do not use in pregnancy or breastfeeding.
