Ingredients

Fish oil: 1000 mg- including eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 180 mg- including docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 120 mg

Directions for use

Take 1 serving (1 capsule) a day, preferably after a meal. Drink with the right amount of water.
