Organic Irish Sea Moss, Water (Filtered from organic land), Apple Cider Vinegar (with Mother), Organic Turmeric Root, Organic Root Ginger, Heritage Apple Juice, Organic Irish Fresh Fennel

Directions for use

Take 25ml per day. Can be added to fruit juices, smoothies, warm water, or taken straight on an empty stomach.

As our product is unfiltered, sediment may settle at the bottom of the bottle; shake well before use.
