Ingredients

Purified water, Blackcurrant Concentrate, Apple Concentrate, Glucosamine Hydrochloride (product of crustaceans - SALT FREE) Methylsulphonylmethane, Chondroitin Sulphate (product of fish), Fructooligosaccharides (FOS), Natural Colouring (Anthocyanins), Preservatives (Citric Acid, Potassium Sorbate), Vitamin C (as Ascorbic Acid), Anticaking Agent (Silicon Dioxide).

Directions for use

Best served chilled. Shake well before use.
Mix 1 tablespoon (15ml) to four parts water and take once a day.
Suggestions that Glucosamine may increase insulin resistance was not supported in 2 large human studies, however diabetics should consult a doctor before taking Glucosamine.
Glucosamine is prepared from crustaceans and people with a known shellfish allergy should be informed.
