Ingredients

Plantago Leaf 20%, Thyme 20%, Scots Pine Needles 20%, Mallow Leaf and Flower 20%, Ginger 10%, Liquorice 10%

Directions for use

Use 1 heaped teaspoon per cup, or 3 teaspoons per day.
Place in a teapot, large mug, or flask.
Add boiling water (at least 1 pint if preparing a full daily dose).
Allow to steep for 10–15 minutes, then strain.
Drink throughout the day (hot or cold) for maximum benefit.
May also be added to juices, smoothies, or protein shakes.
