Directions for use

With clean hands, fold the cup and insert it into the vagina, directing it backwards rather than upwards. Check that the cup has opened fully. Empty and rinse every 4–12 hours depending on menstrual flow. To remove, follow the guide thread to the base of the cup, gently pinch the base to release the seal and remove—do not pull on the thread itself. Sterilise before first use and once per menstrual cycle using the Enna Box.
