3–5 capsules twice daily (morning and evening) with plenty of water or juice before meals during 21 days. If you are taking medication, take this product 2 hours before or after them.

It is recommended not to take this product during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Goldenseal is not recommended for use with alcohol or other medications and/or natural health products with sedative properties.

Effects are observed 12-24 hours after the first dose.
