Ingredients

Chamomile Flower 45%, Lemon Balm Leaf 15%, Rooibos Leaf, Liquorice Root, Orange Peel, Lavender Flower, Ashwagandha Root 4%, Blueberry Flavour 3.5%, Beetroot, Orange Essential Oil, Lion's Mane 1.5%, Blueberry Fruit 1%, Geranium Essential Oil.

Directions for use

Pour freshly boiled water at 100°C over 1 tea bag and allow to infuse for 5–15 minutes. For an iced tea, brew hot, allow to cool and serve over ice. Pukka also recommends at least 3 cups daily for the traditional chamomile relaxation benefit.
