Directions for use

Can be applied by yourself or with a partner, 3–4 times per week for 5–10 minutes, starting from the 34th week of pregnancy.

Use after a warm bath and with an empty bladder.

Moisten thumb (or index finger for partner) with oil, glide gently over perineal tissues.

Insert the finger into the vagina to the second joint and massage rhythmically with a light, rotating touch from 3 to 9 o’clock.

Gradually increase massage duration as tissues relax.

Massage the area between vagina and anus gently.

Remove excess oil with warm water after massage.
