Returns Policy

We hope that you will be happy with your order from The Health Hub. In the event that you wish to return a product we are happy to offer you a refund on any item purchased (provided it is unopened and in perfect condition, with the original packaging also in perfect condition) within 10 days of receipt, should it be unsuitable.

Please make sure to contact our online sales team within 10 days of order receipt on 021 481 0110 or at, stating the reason for return. This is essential before returning goods so that a collection can be organised. We cannot account for any unauthorised returns through alternative post/courier methods.

In the unlikely event that you receive incorrect or faulty goods please email us and if possible include a picture of the product for our reference. You will not be charged for the cost of carriage under these circumstances. However, if the reason for your returning goods received is anything other than faulty goods, then you are responsible for the cost of sending items back to us. You could also return them in person to the shop in Ballincollig, of course at no charge.

We suggest you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the goods you are returning, for example recorded delivery from your local post office. The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, please pack safely to prevent damage during shipping.


The Health Hub will refund the purchase price to the payment card used at the time of purchase once the Goods are returned. Return costs will be refunded in full in the case of incorrect or damaged orders but not where you have elected to return goods for any other reason. Nothing under these terms and conditions affects your statutory rights.

Your refund will be processed upon receipt of returned goods and your refund will be completed within 14 working days. If after 28 days you have not received a refund please contact our customer service team.
